How are the ordered goods delivered to you?
We deliver ordered goods to our customers only with reliable and verified carriers. For European clients, we can deliver goods with one of our 15 modern trucks. Generally, we offer transportation by road, sea and air.
For selected destinations, we can offer fast combined transport: road + sea transport. We prefer fully loaded trucks, but we are also able to arrange deliveries of individual pallets.
Where and when can you pick up the ordered goods?
The client can collect the goods after payment in one of our 4 warehouses in Prague, Czech Republic. Our logistics department always specifies the loading location and confirmation of the loading date to each client in advance.
How can you verify that the loading is correct?
The satisfaction and trust of each client is important to us. The client can always verify that the loading is in accordance with the order, through photo documentation or CCTV footage taken during loading. You can also send an authorized person to the loading site to inspect the loading.
Sticking or repacking goods before loading?
We provide complete services of pasting, rewrapping and text injections as an additional service for an additional fee. We can personalize labels to your desired size, color and language version. We offer both manual and automatic sticking. Let our traders know about your requirements.
What are the payment terms and delivery terms?
We accept payments to the NAVIGGO GROUP account at RAIFFEISEN BANK - PRAGUE CZ. We offer our clients the most common INCOTERMS terms, such as EX WORK, FOB, DDP, CIF. For full details, please contact our sales professionals or view here.

In which tax regime do we supply beers to our clients?
We cooperate with all important tax warehouses in the EU such as Revera NL, Loendersloot NL, ALL4Logistisc NL, TOP LOGISTICS NL/LT, PLG LT and. Thanks to fiscal representation contracts, we are able to supply beers from our offer in the customs regime T1, T2 and in the tax regime eSAD and eAD. Transport to the customer or between tax warehouses is exclusively organized by our company for tax reasons!
In which tax regime do we supply spirits to our clients?
We deliver all spirits from our offer exclusively in the eAD tax regime and in the T1 or T2 customs regime. For all spirits from our offer, the standard INCOTERMS delivery terms apply - EXW PRAGUE (our tax warehouse in Prague - Czech Republic) or, in the DAP regime, any tax warehouse within the EU. For customers from third countries outside the EU, the same delivery conditions apply as for customers from the EU. Transport to the customer or between tax warehouses is exclusively organized by our company for tax reasons!
